Japanese Straightening

Before. She's mighty poodle-y.

After thioglycolate was applied, combed smooth
and rinsed, blow-dried, and flat ironed.

During neutralizer.

Post rinse,
blow-dried again and flat ironed.

This service can cost up to $900! It's the most time consuming service I've learned as of yet. It took me two and a half hours just to complete this section of hair. The results? Bone straight hair that lasts up to 8 months!
